David Mears plays a key role at Batchelor & Kimball, where he leads efforts in the Raleigh area to successfully execute large-scale manufacturing projects. David has been instrumental in expanding B&K’s operations within the region, building a strong local presence, and fostering valuable relationships within the community.

His responsibilities have grown over time, and he now oversees all of B&K’s work across the Carolinas. With 20 years of experience in the plumbing and mechanical industry, David brings a wealth of knowledge from both field and management roles. He has worked with teams throughout the Southeast, focusing heavily on large healthcare projects, including the VA hospital campus in New Orleans.

David’s expertise spans a variety of project types, including design-build, design-assist, prefabrication, new-build, retrofit, and critical operation shutdown work. Before joining B&K, he served as Division President for a national plumbing and mechanical company based in Arizona.
